carga, los grandes centros proctivos y los de consumo. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Posteriormente se hizo una representación espacial del análisi anterior en cada región del pais. como mejor salida para la mejora del transito portuario vinculada a la operativa portuaria por carretera y por ferrocarril.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Otras siete plataformas consideradas despues de haber trabajado en las plataformas de primer orden:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1-Barranquilla - El Estado debe emitir una certificación, ya que las plataformas se destinan para unos determinados mercados únicos, hay mercado para una sola plataforma logistica, SOLO UNA. Esta situación de unicidad pasa en las principales ciudades, debido a los tamaños de mercado en los que operan y sobre los que influyen. El Estado debe definir el proposito de competitividad esperdo por la plataforma diseñada.
